Terms of service

1. Seller
The myQRvCard service (the "Service") is published and provided by Elsa Perez ("we", "our"), sole proprietor. By accessing or using the Service, you enter into a contract with Elsa Perez.
2. Acceptance
By creating an account or continuing to use the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these terms. If you do not accept these terms, do not use the Service.
3. Service description
myQRvCard lets you create, host and share digital business cards (vCards) accessible via a QR code. Paid features (Team and Business plans) unlock additional options.
4. Account and accuracy of information
You must be of legal age to enter into a contract. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and any activity under your account. Information provided must be accurate and kept up to date.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, its code, design and brand belong to Elsa Perez. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for the duration of your subscription. You retain all rights to the content you publish and grant us a limited license to host and display it in order to provide the Service.
7. Payment, subscription and billing
Our paid subscriptions are billed for the selected period (monthly or yearly) and automatically renew until cancelled. Payment, billing, VAT, cancellations and refunds are handled by our reseller Paddle. Buyer terms are available here: Paddle Checkout Buyer Terms.
8. Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
9. Refunds
Refunds are handled by our reseller Paddle in accordance with their terms. For any request, please contact us by email.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access in case of: material breach of these terms, non-payment, fraud or security risk, or repeated violations of our usage rules. You can cancel your subscription anytime from your billing portal.
11. Availability and warranties
We make reasonable efforts to ensure Service availability, without guaranteeing uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to amounts paid by you in the last 12 months. We are not liable for indirect damages (loss of profits, data or goodwill). These limitations do not apply in case of fraud, personal injury or death.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be brought before the competent courts of the seller's domicile, subject to mandatory consumer protection provisions.

5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service for illegal, fraudulent or spam purposes;
- infringe third-party intellectual property rights;
- interfere with the security of the Service (malware, intrusion, mass scraping);
- distribute hateful, defamatory or privacy-infringing content.
